    Our host, Franco was very friendly, kind and accomodating. He went out of his way to see that we were well taken care of. Convenient location, warm hospitality, good price.     Our host, Franco, spoke English. He was extremely helpful with suggestions, directions and information that only a local could provide us with. The B&B perfectly suited our needs as we just wanted a place to sleep. We arrived at 12.30am and Franco was waiting for us. Thank you Franco!
    The air conditioning was not working.

    The owner is very nice person. He came to the railway station to pick us up as our request. The location is also very convinient, near the metro and railway station. There are a supermarket and Chinese restaurants nearby.
    The room is noisy because it's near the road. The breakfast is limited choice.

    Very clean, well serviced room. The owner was an excellent host, could not do enough for us, was helpful in every way. We went all over Europe, stayed in better hotels, but no-one anywhere had Franco's clean fluffy towels. Was within walking distance of many major attractions. Supermarket across the road. Metro close by. (Not the best of areas, but we knew that, having stayed in the area before. Very safe though)
    Room was smaller than appeared on the pictures. The broken mirror in the wardrobe should have been fixed. Overall happy and will stay there again.

    The accommodation was as good as we expected. Close to the Termini and and all other transport. The staff were very helpful. Franco met us as the Termini as we arrived 8.30pm and it was raining. I had my backpack stolen at the station just prior to his arrival. Franco assisted me to cancel cards and have my passport replaced. I was extremely grateful. I would recommend this accommodation to travellers as 'good value for money'.

    First thing of all : the host and the service are really excellent. It has very good location near main station Termini (I was coming with train so it was very nice that after trip to be quickly in my rooms )& metro, and it is very good connected with the rest of the town by metro & bus. Rooms are clean during your stay. Every room has little fridge, which is important if you bring food, & hair-dryer.
    I don't have any complains.

    La posizione abbastanza vicino alla stazione Termini e agli altri mezzi di comunicazione. Il Signor Franco è molto gentile e disponibile.
    All'esterno non ci sono indicazioni del B&B, meno male che al numero civico c'era il Sig. Franco che ci aspettava!
    Colazione appena sufficiente. Doccia scomoda in bagno piccolo e senza bidet; al posto di questo si poteva far uscire un getto d'acqua nel WC…. La pulizia un po'scarsa, anche in bagno. In quattro giorni mai cambiato gli asciugamani.

    We were satisfied with everything. The staff was very kind and helpful. This accomodation is very near to more stations of public transport and the centre of the Rome is also near at hand on foot.

    We had an early morning flight so wanted a clean safe place close to the railway station as we had to get the first train to the airport. We basically needed a bed to sleep in. This accomodation served that purpose.

    Tutto. Il personale è stato veramente efficiente e disponibile. Questo mi ha colpito più di tutto. E l'ottima copertura del wireless. Per chi vuole portarsi dietro il lavoro anche in vacanza è ottimo.

    Franco e una persona molto gentile et abbiamo con mia figlia amato la sua disponibilità et la sua gentiliesse, la camera è molto pulita e ben situata per visitare Roma tutto éra particolarmente bene e raccomando questo bed and brekfast a tutti
