    The location couldn't be handier for the airport - it is just across the road. It is also only 30 minutes walk into the centre of Pisa.
    Bed and breakfast is a little mis-leading. It is more like a hostel. Very basic. Breakfast consists of a pre-packed croissant left overnight in your room and a cup of luke-warm coffee made from a thermos left in the corridor in the morning. There are no tea and coffee facilities for the rest of the time.

    Having said that it is clean and adequate for a stop-over.

    Place was near to the airport and pretty easy to find. Plus the towels were nicely folded :)

    La posizione è veramente eccezionale. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. Nei pressi dellla camera un ristorante pizzeria a conduzione familiare ottimo ed economico consigliatoci dal prorietario.

    Perfect location for early flight from Pisa Airport, only 10 mins walk to good restaurants around Pisa Centrale station. Friendly helpful staff. We will use it again and recommend it to friends.
    We really liked this place and would definitely use it again, but the toilet on our floor did not flush well, which is irritating when it is being shared by a number of rooms. Easily sorted out - please get a plumber to look at it.

    bei der buchung war mir nicht klar, dass das zimmer kein eigenes bad hat!

    Saída do B&B as 10h00 da manhã. Normalmente as saídas são ao meio dia ou no mínimo as 11h00. Achamos estranho o horário e mais estranho ainda não ter tido quaisquer informações sobre esse horário diferenciado por parte dos proprietários do estabelecimento. Sobretudo, porque nosso horário de chegada, na noite anterior, foi posterior as 22h00. Portanto pagamos uma diária para ficarmos menos de 12 horas.

    room was fine, much better on the inside - was quite put off by the outside, looked like a derilict building but perfectly fine rooms. very close to airport.
    there was no one at reception and after being told we had to wait an hour for someone to arrive, we actuall waited nearly two hours to check in. breakfast???? what breakfast?? very poor food and drink facilities. breakfast was a tiny cake - can not believe it would even have cost them 20 cents.

    We shared a room for 5 as a family and it worked brillantly. We were warmly welcomed and the room had just been decorated. On our return we were given an air conditioned room. We would warmly recommend it.

    Creo que está muy bien ubicado, tanto para visitar el centro como para ir al Aeropuerto.
    Al haber un único baño para todas las habitaciones, se formaba mucho ruido durante la noche y era imposible dormir ya que la gente hacía mucho ruido para ducharse y hablando en el hall.

    Very close Pisa airoport, railway station and Bus station, very close a supermarket, very clean room, cool design, no breakfast but a caffee and a cake are inclusive in price of the room, it was a very good surprise for us, very helpfull staff. I will go back again!

    Il personale è gentilissimo e la struttura è veramente bellissima e molto pulita! e anche l'idea del caffè fai da te è molto utile per chi, come noi, doveva prendere l'aereo presto!

    Great location to the Airport and Train Station at a reasonable price. Supermarket/WineBar/Pizzeria within 50mtrs (but note all are closed on Sundays!!) Friendly service, clean room and bathroom. Parking available outside on the street - is free all day Sundays and during the night. A fee is charged during the day or one could try the surpermarket car park. Would stay again if stopping in Pisa.

    Wir sind sehr spät angekommen und es hat trotzdem alles gut geklappt. Wir konnten uns in englisch gut verstaendigen.

    Misled a little by adverts. Thought room would be en-suite. Had to wait for bathroom to be cleaned before I could use it. Thought price was expensive for the type of accommodation offered. Advertised as a B and B and does state that coffee and cake will be given to guests but what you do get amounts to very little indeed.

    mi ha doddisfatto la cortesia e la vicinanza all'aeroporto.... arrivando a Pisa alle 23.30, non è semplice trovare un posto così vicino.... 4 minuti di passeggiata e diamo arrivati (forse abbiamo camminato più dentro all'eroporto che per arrivare dall'aeroporto al b&b....
    l'unico punto negativo è la quasi totale assenza della colazione....

    Il personale è davvero squisito e disponibile a dare informazioni e aiuto di qualsiasi tipo. Le camere e i servizi sono tenuti in ottime condizioni igienico sanitarie.
    il mio soggiorno risale alla fine del mese di agosto; periodo molto caldo ovvunque. Perciò è chiaro che il caldo si è fatto sentire, benchè tutte le stanze siano fornite di ventilatori.

    No private bathroom. Just one bathroom for 4 rooms...it isn't enough. Ok if you are not in a hurry to clean your teeth, take a shower or go to the toilets since the toilets are in the bathroom.

    Muy próximo al aeropuerto, se puede ir a pie en 5 minutos.
    La señalización al llegar al lugar es casi nula. No hay ningún cartel visible.
    El desayuno consiste en una cápsula de café, que se debe preparar uno mismo en una máquina de café que hay al lado de la puerta de entrada y que está situada encima de una mesa bajísima y un "snack" de 5 cm.

    Personal sehr, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr groß, Gemeinschaftsbad sauber, wird oft geputzt. Perfekt für den Flughafen gelegen, in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle für das Zentrum vor dem Haus. Zimmer sind verkehrsbedingt nicht leise.
    Klingel schlecht zu finden!

    perfect stay to go to the airport the next morning. The owner even picked us up at the station that evening! It was very clean, and het tought of everything, small coffee,etc! We were very pleased and recommend it!

    We needed a cheap but ok hotel close to the airport - we got a big clean room with a nice bed. We had a staff member waiting for us to help us check in and we left the next morning without any further contact or meeting with staff.
    We were very much surprised that we didn't have a privat bath!!!! Fortunately it didn't turn out to be a problem as we arrived past midnight when all the other guests were asleep and we got up quite late when all other had left - so we had the bathroom all to our self. The breakfast was already arranged on a tray with italian toast and bread in plastic and a coin to use to make one cup of coffee in the espresso machine. - Even this arrangement turned out to be allright - as it was only for one morning, ...otherwise we would prefere more personal contact.

    L'accoglienza e' stata molto cordiale oltre che professionale. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni su dove era possibile andare a mangiare e ci hanno consigliato l'orario in cui andare in aeroporto per il check in dei bagagli.

    Bright large room, quiet in a busy street facing the back yard. Walking distance to airport. Frequent busses or bike to the sights. Very friendly host with excellent English. A coffe and bisquite helps to forget that a B&B in Italy usually does not include a breakfast.

    Perfect when you have to catch a plane by night. 2 minutes walk from airport. Room clean, tv (italian, 1 info french channel). Shared bathroom very clean. You can also walk to pisa cente (10 min) and to the tower (25min). No expenses on taxi, bus. If you stay longer it maybe noisy during the day because of the airport (no plane during the night) but you know it . It 's in the name of the b&b. Owner was very kind.

    1 time we used chared bathrooms, this one was very very clean (only 3 rooms share the bathroom). We had a good nights sleep in the nice beds. The appartment is very easy to find, not even 5 minutes from the airport and the friendly personal waited for us outside (at 23.30). They also give good advice about the city, region, carhire, etc. Supermarket and cafe/sandwichbar within 200m.

    El personal es encantador y muy servicial. Está tan cerca del aeropuerto que se puede ir andando. No hay nada de ruido.
    No hay baño en la habitación, ni aire acondicionado (pero sí un ventilador).

    It was clean and close to airport and suited us coming in off late - flight somewhere to put our head. And take to the road next morning. staff were pleasant and helpful.

    Posizione invidiabile vicino all'aereoporto raggiungibile a piedi davvero in cinque minuti. Anche per chi volesse andare al centro quasi di fronte al B&B passa un bus che ti porta direttamente al centro e eventualmente fino a Piazza dei Miracoli. Il personale è stato molto gentile e il giorno della partenza, visto che l'aereo partiva alle 21.00, ci ha tenuto le valige per tutto il giorno mentre facevamo un giro in città. Assolutamente consigliato.

    My boyfriend and I had a truly wonderful stay at Airport Pisa Rooms. The owners are wonderfully kind and friendly people who go out of their way to offer advice and make you feel welcome. We spent one night there prior to an early morning flight. My boyfriend wanted to watch a football match and asked where might be a good place for it. The owners told us of places in the local area where we could watch the game, reminded us that we could of course watch it on the television in our room but also invited us to watch it in their company. We decided to watch it in the company of our hosts and returned from an early dinner to find that they had prepared drinks and snacks for us all to enjoy during the game. They were really so kind and made, what we expected to be a boring overnight stay near the airport in Pisa, a wonderful night of friendship and fun. I would gladly visit again even if just passing through to say hello. I would highly recommend this safe, clean, friendly and good value for money B&B to anyone passing through Pisa with need of a room close to the airport and the town center (there is a cheap bus service to the central train station, just minutes away and the airport is no more than a 4 min walk away). While you can enjoy the company of the lovely owners, you can just as easily disappear into your room for a quiet night; offering the best of both worlds. All in all I would say that Airport Pisa Rooms is an excellent find and I will recommend it to all who come to visit us in Tuscany via an early or late flight (we live in the Grossetto region).     This new B & B, ( opened May '09 ) was in the perfect location, 200 meters from the Airport, & on the main road into town. Only a 15 min walk to Central station. Francisco, the owner, was there to meet me, on arrival, & was very helpful (speaks english very well ) Breakfast was not available, as the place had just opened. It was very clean, & with brand new furniture & fittings throughout. I would certainly stay there again. It was also the best value for money, I have found, throughout Italy.
    There were no bad points.
