    The room was clean and looked nice
    There was no host in the B&B. A friend let me in and told me to take care of everything my self. didn't show me around and told me briefly where we were on the map. I didn't feel very safe in this b&b.

    The location, it is pefect! Walking distance to the main turistic attractions (3 min to Piazza Brà) and the train station (15 min).
    - Breakfast, the coffe-machine was not working properly and they did not fixed it in 2 days.
    - You have to call to an italian mobile phone to check-in, which can be rather expensive if you don't have an italian cell.
    - The owner did not come when we once asked him to, which was a bit upsetting.

    La habitación es muy grande y cómoda. Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban muy limpios.
    Hay que hacerse uno mismo el desayuno.

    Clean and neat and very central.
    The guests accross the hall made a lot of noise and had their door open all the time. Maybe it would help to put up a notice that guests should consider others when they come and go.

    The location was good and close to the centre.
    No one was on site and we had to call the innkeeper to meet us at the hotel so we could gain entry. The buffet breakfast basically consisted of packaged crackers and pastry which was in the room upon arrival. There was no fresh fruit available for us nor was there any cheese or meat. There was no dining room and basically it was a free for all and you ate in your room. As no proprietor lives on site there is no noise control and we experienced a night of little sleep due to people coming in up until 2 AM slamming doors and talking loudly. The implication is that each bathroom has a shower and a bathtub but this is incorrect as there is only one shower and one bathtub to share making it very difficult to get up and out early. We would not recommend this b and b.

    great location. quick taxi ride from train station. clean. good breakfast. large comfortable rooms
    walls must be thin because you can hear every door open and people walking in hallways. there is a bar next door that plays loud music.

    absolut unschlagbar ist die Lage - 3 Minuten zu Fuss zur Arena, besser geht es nicht !!! Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Badezimmer ist groß und hat eine Badewanne....
    Das Frühstück zum selbermachen in der Küche ist sehr sehr einfach.
    es gibt kein frisches Brot oder Brötchen, nur Toastbrot und Zwieback und abgepackte Törtchen. Dazu Joghurt, Scheiblettenlkäse ( Bäh ! ) und wenn man Glück hat auch Salami. Müsli, Milch, Kaffe, Kakao, Tee, Butter, Marmelade - alles da. Man kann allerdings im Kühlschrank auch eigene Dinge lagern und so das Frühstück erweitern :-)

    Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, lange schlafen ist da nicht drin :-)
    unten im Haus gibt es einen Club - am Wochenende kann da die Music schonmal sehr lange sehr laut sein .....

    Roberto and his assistants make staying at Cittadella Verona a joy. The premises is immaculate and in a fabulous location. I left very early on the morning I checked out and without asking they ensured there was plenty of breakfast in my room so I didn't start my journey without eating. I highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

    Nice and quiet rooms, even you are in the center of town. You can come and go as you want. We got some nice recommandations regarding restaurants, and visit points.

    Habitación muy bonita, bién situado y facil de encontrar. Viajamos en tren.

    La habitación era muy grande y el desayuno estaba bien.
    Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido que el baño es pequeño y el trato que nos dieron a la hora de irnos, que alli no apareció nadie para poderles pagar y tuvimos que dejar el dinero en la habitación. Llamamos al señor que nos atendió el primer día y no contesto a las llamadas ni al mensaje que le pusimos.

    Nicely furnished. Very clean. Breakfast adequate.Robert (owner) was very firendly and helpful.
    Dont ever arrive before 11.30 am cos if you do, there is no one to answer the door or let you in.The 700 mts distance from the train station is long if you have luggage. So take the bus (there's plenty going that way) and it stops right in front of the lane and from there on its only a short walk. Location is excellent.

    Excellent Structure, Courtesy and Professionality are granted. Few steps away from the center of Verona, easly connected with major bus lines. Confortable and Quite even on week-end. Very Good Service, Room was very clean and bathroom was excellent. ------- Cortesia e Professionalità sono all'ordine del giorno in questa bellissima struttura situata a due passi dal centro storico di Verona. Le principali linee bus della città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi (150 metri alla prima fermata integrata ) ed è situato in una zona che garantisce serenità e silenziosità. La camera era tenuta perfettamente, come anche il bagno ( in camera ).
    Nothing to complain!

    Ottimo e gentile personale e ottimo location a Verona. Ma sono stato "single" e la camera "single" era molto piccolo. Non ho visto un photo della mia camera, solo un photo della camera doppio. E meglio di prendere il doppio e non il single.

    The room was big and bright, really beautifully equipped, in buddhist style. Self-service breakfast was O.K., advantage was that we could take it to the room and have it in privacy, although the place was not crowded. Room was both: near the rail station and next to the old town centre, only 5 minutes from the town wall.

    It is a central location, very near for anything: Arena, Julieta House, sgopping place, and specially for the Fair. The staff very frindly and helpful. The brekfast system, very satisfactory. The rooms very large and confortables.

    Cercanía a todo. Trato muy amable
    Se descuidan aspectos de mantenimiento diario, por ejemplo, se termina la mantequilla o la fruta y no se repone. Dejas las toallas en el suelo para lavar y no se lavan. Quizás el personal encargado de la limpieza diaria no esté bien formado para el trabajo. El desayuno lo haces tu mismo, lo que no está mal, pero no hay quien reponga productos frescos: pan de molde, la misma fruta duró toda la semana ...

    it was a good spot and a good room and the man on the bicycle did arive very fast
    I was surprised to find out is was selfserice! Which made the bread and the cheese not what I would call fresh, as it was wrapped in celophane. And the fruit not ripe as it came out of the frigidaire

    Das Zimmer war wunderschön, auch das Badezimmer und die kleine Kücher waren gut ausgestattet.
    Das Frühstück war eher enttäuschend.

    Super B&B in perfekter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und nett eingerichtet! Ideal für Opernbesuche in der Arena. (Nur 5min zu Fuss)
