    Tutto, a cominciare dalla cordialità e disponibilità di Ambra e Giordano. Dovessi tornare a Roma andrei di nuovo certamente da loro. Il giardino è un'oasi nel centro di Roma, la struttura elegante ed estremamente piacevole, l'arredamento nuovo e curato nei particolari. Da consigliare vivamente.

    my husband and i stayed at the bed and breakfast in rome for 4 nights and we really enjoyed having a friendly staff that was there to help us the entire time and the B&B is absolutely beautiful
    There was no balcony as it was instead promised

    L'accoglienza di Giordano, la tipologia del B&B che lascia totale indipendenza ai clienti, la colazione servita in veranda, il giardino, la tranquillità, la posizione, i servizi bus e metro.

    Without question, this is the BEST place I stayed in Italy!!! Giordano is a legend, and was like staying with family :D Five out of five gold stars ***** Look forward to staying over again next time I'm in Rome.

    L'unica cosa che non mi ha soddisfatto pienamente, purtroppo a causa della stagione, è la veranda dove si fa la colazione.

    salve a tutti, il mio soggiorno,se pur breve,3 giorni,e' stato ottimo... ottimo per la struttura,per la stanza bellissima,i servizi,la posizione(con metro e bus)si arriva dapperttutto,abbondante colazione,il prezzo,e tutto questo grazie anche al personale,2 splendidi ragazzi,Giordano e Ambra,che con professionalita',e familiarita',ci hanno accolto nella loro casa,facendoci sentire a casa nostra...mi sento di consigliiare il b&b eats & sheets,impossibile non essere soddisfatti.. ciao luigi

    The room and reception area are beautifully and tastefully decorated and we received a lovely warm welcome from the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and there are lovely touches with free internet, chocolates and slippers! We were even lent the B&B kettle for personal use!
    Albeit we didn't mind the 15 minute walk to the Vatican, I would not describe this walk as 'a few steps away'. If you are not keen on the walk the metro and buses are very close, cheap and easy to use. It was certainly not a problem for us but handy for others to be aware of.

    Giordano and Ambra were perfect hosts, and recommended very good dining options. The room is lovely and the place will be even more endearing when the landscaping upgrading is completed. Ambra personally baked her specialties for breakfast too! We definitely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Rome. Giordano and Ambra, thanks for making our stay so comfortable, and we wish you all the best.

    La struttura è nuovissima e molto carina, inoltre dista 500 m dalla fermata della metro. I proprietari sono ragazzi giovani e molto gentili e disponibili, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ci torneremo!

    These were good people. They have great values, were warm & welcoming, were environmentally concious which is important to us, provided a great breakfast, kept the place spotlessly clean, made the internet free to us to use. All in all it was a great stay and highly recommended to anyone wanting to spend some time in Rome.

    Giordano and Ambra were the perfect hots! They were very warm and welcoming. They truly made us feel that their main concern was our comfort. They provided us with our own individual cloth slippers (individually wrapped and sealed) tooh brush and tooth paste, bottled water in the room. Free wi-fi and internet station. The villa was recently remodeled so everything was brand new and done with impecable taste. The room was spacious, lots of sunlight, and faced a beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees. The beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. I think the website does not do justice to the place, its beautiful. Breakfast is served on a heated terrace overlooking the garden. Breakfast included home-made cakes by Ambra, yum! On our departure, since we had to leave very early to the airport and would miss breakfast, they provided us with a "breakfast bag" with fruits, juices, croissant, crackers, candy to take to the airport. The villa is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, two blocks from the Metro, and about 20 min. walk to the Vatican Museums. The bus stops a block away. It was very easy to get around. We loved the place! and strongly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely go back again! Our stay in Rome was so much more pleasant because of our hosts!
    Everything was perfect!

    This is the very best place to stay in Rome!!! The location is perfect. It's just like a home away from home. It's inmaculate and beautiful. It's worth every $$$. I highly reccomend it to individuals that want quality. It's perfect!!!

    Excellent place to stay while visiting Rome. Rooms were very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was available in all of the rooms as well as the use of a desktop computer in the common area. The owner was extremely friendly and helpflul. I would recommend this B&B to anyone that like to stay in a smaller, family run establishment. I'll definately try to stay there during future visits to Rome.
    There wasn't anything I didn't like.
