   It was very quite, and the location was great. There were many nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

   The air conditioner did not work, which made the room stuffy.
   Pillows need to be upgraded. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We would go there again.

   I am so glad I chose this place. It's close to every tourist place. Close to shopping center. It's on a quite place. Near good restarances. The price is nice. The place is very beautiful. If I will return to Rome I will stay there again. The host is very helpful. Thank you very much for a great viction.

   Sehr schoene, stilvolle Unterkunft, die zu Rom passt. Im Sommer angenehm kuehl und ruhig. Sehr zentral gelegen.

   Kein Tageslicht, da unter der Erde gelegenes Appartement.

   Guido (the manager) was extremely helpfull. He took the time to explain everything. The accommodation was perfect to the last detail.

   It wasn't mentionned that the rooms were underground... Which was finally fine because
   everything was lovely and well thought.
   It wasn't mentionned that we had to pay in cash.

   Grande simpatia, cortesia e disponibilità. Pulizia e cura nell'arredamento. Posizione in un rione comodo e gradevole.

   Difficoltà di accesso e parcheggio con la macchina.
   Nella ns. camera, bagno (e lavandino) veramente minuscolo.
   Camera in un interrato quindi senza finestra: i due livelli sono piano terra e piano interrato
   Colazione un po' "anonima" presso strutture convenzionate.

   A really nice owner. Very helpfull with everything. If I travel to Rome again I`ll stay the same place

   the room was in the "basement", and there was only a little window in case of fire (you wouldn´t be able to get out of the window).
   THere is 1 room on ground floor as well, I´ll ask for that one next time.

   good location, very close to the Colosseum and close enough to other sightseeing objects in the center of Rome. Clean room. Good breakfast, where you can choose between two places to go to.

   A disadvantage is that the room is sort of in the cellar, with a high small window alsmost at the ceiling, but you won't get enough light through it and you can't look outside. But for the price you pay it is a very good deal and we were hardly in the room, since there is lots to do and see in Rome, so not a real problem.

   - camera veramente molto carina - ottima posizione del B&B (a soli 200mt metro e fermata bus) - gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari - pulizia delle camere ottima

   - il bagno non è grande ma è comunque provvisto di tutto ciò che serve

   Excellent location. Easy to walk almost everywhere. Only 10 minute walk to/from the Termini, the Coloseum or Trevi Fountainin . Approx 30 min walk to Vatican. Lovely Piazza near by (Piazza Madona) and numerous restorante's closeby. Guido is a lovely host and provides a great expresso machine! Relatively quiet cobblestoned street for Rome.

   La posizione discretamente centrale e la tranquillità.

   La colazione pensavo si facesse nella struttura. Al bar (illy) c'era sempre qualcosa che non andava bene.

   I Capocci B&B was just fantastic. The location was perfect for walking to all the major attractions. We even walked to the Vatican, about 35 minutes away. The establishment was very comfortable and beautifully presented, and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. We were given plenty of useful information upon arrival and breakfast vouchers for use in one of the two nearby cafes (the one slightly further away was definitely the better one, so much so that we went back for dinner as well). You really can't go wrong staying here!

   There is nothing negative to say about our stay at I Capocci and we'd definitely come back.

   Located about 8 blocks from the Central Train station it is an easy walk to the B&B. Centrally located to the Forum, great restaurants, and other amenities this is a great place to stay in Rome. Beautiful facility and receptive owner made our stay a pleasant one. Breakast is provided by the owner, but in the form of vouchers for a cafe 100 yds away. Nice, but a little inconvenient.

   Excellent location, just a few blocks from the metro. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hot breakfast was generous and satisfying.

   Nothing was dissatisfying.

   We would like to thanks for warm and pleasant hospitality. It's been cheerful to stay away from home and still feel at home. The place is warmly recommend, it is wonderful, well decorated; thought has been put in any detail. The place is in grate location, walking distance from main attraction. The service was a perfect and personal attantion from holders I Capocci B&B It's been a pleasure to meet them

   Il b&b è di recente ristrutturazione,in una posizione comodissima sia per arrivarci dalla stazione sia per gli spostomenti al centro città.Ottima la pulizia e la colazione al mattino.I gestori sono ragazzi disponibilissimi e gentili.Entrando sembrava di entrare a casa mia.Ve lo consiglio.

   Everything about our stay was perfect. Marco and Michela were so courteous and helpful; they made us feel right at home, as if we were old friends. They have created a wonderful atmosphere at the B&B and helped us feel personally connected to it by telling us about the history of the house and the neighborhood, as well as the development of the B&B. The location was charming and cozy - a small, artsy community with lots of unique shops and great dining options. Although the neighborhood was small and inviting, it was just around the corner from the Cavour Metro station, which made it very convenient for getting around on the underground. It was also just a ten or fifteen minute walk from the Colosseum and Forum. Our room was large and comfortable and included a safe, wireless internet, alarm clocks, etc. We definitely want to return to Rome, and will most certainly stay at I Capocci when we do. We highly recommend it.

   The B&B was well located near the Forum. We could walk to sights and restaurants as well as the Metro. Our host was so helpful in orienting us to the city and sights. He designed the renovation of the B&B which blended antiquity with modern lines. A wonderful jewel in Rome.

   The owner was there to meet us when we arrived after a long exhausting journey. He gave us information about the sights near the guesthouse - it was so central and we could walk to the Colosseum, the station and quite a few other attractions! The room was comfortable and having our own bathroom was great. The breakfasts were ample - lovely meats and cheeses, fruit juice and real Italian coffee. We will definitely stay there again and we would recommend it to all our friends travelling to Rome.

   We are not used to houses being close to one another and it was strange to hear people next door coughing and using the bathroom, however, it would not deter us from stayng there again
