    Really nice appartments with quite big bath rooms. Nice italian breakfast. Free coffee, fruits and cakes over the whole weekend.

    Sehr nette Unterkunft im Zentrum der Stadt, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, schoen und freundlich eingerichtet. Trotz des regen Treibens draussen kann man ruhig schlafen.
    Von Fruehstueck sollte man nicht zuviel erwarten, aber das scheint vermutlich auf Sardinien allgemein zuzutreffen.

    Location and cleanliness. We would certainly consider staying there again. We were directed to the best (and reasonably-priced) restaurant that we have come across in Sardinia - and the only one we have found with good vegetarian options.
    Unavailability of staff other than at check-in and breakfast/check-out (only one channel on TV so no news or weather - no help available). As a result, we felt it inappropriate to ask if we could leave our luggage for a few hours (check-out is 10.30).
    Our 'good' rating for staff reflects our experience when they were there.
    L'Arco is good, but we don't think it merits the enthusiastic comments/ratings of other reviewers. Consequentlly, our first reaction was one of mild disappointment.

    It's a very quiet place, very well situated, clean... Everyone at the B&B were very kind to us. The breakfast was ok (specially home-made muffins!) and internet connection was available. The room was very clean and comfortable. We felt like at home. We are two young female friends, but down here this option does not exist when asking you about what kind of traveler you are... so I chose young couple... though we were two friends.

    El personal del B&B fué muy amable, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitabamos, la habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, está bien situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad. Nos gustó mucho.
    Me ha gustado todo, no tengo nada que objetar.

    Le B&B est parfaitement situé dans le centre de Galiari, tout est disponible à quelques minutes. Très calme, accueil chaleureux. Très propre, bon petit déjeuner.

    Todo es amplio: tanto el salón donde se desayuna como las habitaciones y muy luminosos. La habitación 3 donde nos alojaron era enorme (hay pisos en Madrid bastante más pequeños). Fausto y Valentina muy amables y simpáticos. La ubicación nos pareció perfecta, no tuvimos problemas para aparcar. El desayuno abundante.

    La situacion es muy buena respecton del centro de la ciudad. Esta muy bien que disponga de conexion a internet y horno microondas. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable.

    Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Lage ist absolut super. Auch unser Auto haben wir schnell unter bringen können. Wir werden auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Besuch in der Stadt wieder kommen!
    Eigentlich gar nichts....

    The proprietor was absolutely charming and very helpful - for example with parking, and recommending us a restaurant; she couldn't have been nicer. The B&B is very well located in an interesting, central part of the city. Our room was large and high ceilinged, with an excellent bathroom and comfortable beds; the decor was simple and attractive. (We are two female friends - not covered by 'what kind of traveller are you?' below).

    We had a lovely 2 days here. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were bright, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in.
    Didn't happen but we thought we might have had a street band playing outside our window till early morning but thankfully they finished at midnight.

    He estado en Junio 2009, y la estancia ha sido super grata. El personal un encanto. Las habitaciones grandísimas y muy bien acondicionadas.

    The location of this charming bed and breakfast was perfect, right in the old town and very near lots of fab restaurants (check out Bataclan). The staff were very helpful and very nice (and even let us use what little we know of Italian even though they speak perfect English!). The rooms are very big, clean and airy and the bathroom we had was huge and spotless. The air con works perfectly. The breakfast was lovely and really everything about our stay was great - thanks to all the staff in L'Arco.
    Everything was perfect - not one complaint!

    The room (incl. bathroom) was very nice and seemed to be renovated quite recently. Staff was great and helpful. Especiallyenjoyed the tips on places to visit, restaurants, etc. Breakfast included fruits and yogurt in addition to the normal Italian coffee, bread, juice, cookies (and the coffee was delicios). Great location to get around. No need to use the air conditioning - the room didn't get too hot although outside temperature was around 30C.
    The windows in our room gave to a quite busy street (not sure, but I think the other rooms had windows towards to inner court). At times it could get quite hectic outside. However, we are use to city noices so when the windows were closed we had no problems sleeping.

    Valentina, who looks after the rooms and the guests is extremely helpful and friendly. Her cappuccino is the best we've ever had and her patience with us was outstanding. The rooms are nice and very clean. The place is right in the centre of Cagliari and so you are very near to all of Cagliari's attractions.

    Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders zu unserem kleinen Baby. Die Lage ist optimal für Sightseeing.
    Parkplatzprobleme, was in der Innenstadt natürlich ist. Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, war zur Strasse und ist an We wohl ziemlich laut. Es gab aber auch andere Zimmer.

    The place atmosphere is fantastic, old haus with modern interior. Kindness and hospitality of the owner and staff, very tastefully furnitured environment. The haus is in the centrum, and close to stations (bus, railway).

    Very nice staff. Stephania took us to the car rental location when we were having trouble getting in touch with them. Rooms exceptionally clean and neat. Breakfast good as well. A good experience overall.
    Internet access was limited to use of the reception computer and only when staff was there. That would be morning to about noon and later in the day should someone be there to accept a new guest. It is uncomfortable to stand behind the desk to access email or do a B&B search for the next night.

    The hallway off the main room to the guest rooms (three rooms) has no air circulation and was quite stuffy. The staff seems to prefer to have the door closed for some reason when it could be getting aired out each morning.
    Parking is tough but this is the way it is all over town. Drive up to drop bags and then go to a parking lot and pay to leave the car. Not too bad, really, considering some other cities I ahve visited that were worse.

    Marvellous everything, first of all THEM , their hospitality, they are really really kind, really helpfull, and also the place is very beautiful, charming, and even being right in the center of the city is completly quiet.Enormous rooms including de bathroom and maybe the best situation in Cagliari.

    Alles war wunderbar! Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer schön und komfortabel ausgestattet. Dien Inhaber haben uns um 10 uhr abends netterweise auch noch einchecken lassen und sich Zeit und Mühe gegeben uns tipps und hilfestellung zu geben für die Weiterreise.
    Schwierig wird es, wenn man nicht fließend Italienisch kann, mit dem Personal = den Besitzern zu kommunizieren. Es ist ein sehr nettes Ehepaar, wobei er seeeehr wenig Englisch spricht und das noch halbwegs klappt. Er ist allerdings nicht immer anzutreffen. Begegnet man seiner Frau, die NUR Italienisch spricht, ist man hoffnungslos aufgeschmissen. Ich hätte gerne am telefon eine zweite nacht gebucht/vorreserviert, was allerdings wegen der Kommunikation leider nicht geklappt hat. Schade.

    We LOVED everything about this experience! The stay was excellent in every way! The family atmosphere combined with the high quality bedroom/bathroom is a winner! We would definitely recommend L'arco to friends and family.
    NOTHING! We were also provided with advice about travel, use of the computer and a very good breakfast. WELL DONE!

    Everything satisfied me about my stay: L'Arco is a good place to stay. The structure is pleasant. It's location in the old center is ideal. The room and the bathroom were comfortable, clean and quiet. I keep a very good memory of the stay and a friendly thought for the staff who is really warm and who helps you to know better the area.     Very nice people, very nice room and bathroom, very clean, very sober but classy, just light and easy, great atmosphere.
    The only thing that can be a little bit better is the breakfast, a little bit more bread or a croissant will be wonderfull. But that's very personal!

    The place is very well located in the center of Cagliari; Even though it is not the best place to park the car they will help you to find the right spot! The rooms are big, clean and nice. The staff is friendly and the owner very commited. The price was excellent according to what you get and in comparisson to others.
    The bathroom was a little bit smelly; however they might have had a water drain problem.
    The breakfast was good but there were no salty alternatives to choose from as ham or cheese.

    The breakfast was delightful: Homemade cookies/bisuits and fruit tart. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was super. There is a street of very nice restaurants 100m from the hotel. The rooms were cool even when it was warm outside.

    Cordiali, molto disponibili anche in un caso in cui la mia amica ha avuto bisogno di chiamare il 118 per un piccolo malore. E' consigliabile per una vacanza anche un po' piu' lunga.

    B&B is able to give you the feeling that you are more then welcome. The rooms are beautiful, the sittingroom is full of books about sardinia, their coffee is just perfect and the staff is super friendly and helpfull.

    prima di tutto vorrei segnalare la grande disponibilita' del personale ed una grande gentilezza . La stanza rispecchia fedelmente quanto riportato su internet, e dunque perfetta dal punto di vista pulizia e ubicazione centrale ottimale, inoltre la colazione e' risultata ottima e abbondante. In sintesi quando tornero' a Cagliari alloggero' sicuramente presso i vostri locali.

    Staff were there to greet us and were very kind and most helpful.
    Picture on website shows inside room and does not give any indication what the location is like. For foreigners travelling, one does not know which are good or bad areas. This one can only find out once checked in.
    Road names not very easy to see and with so many one-way streets, following a map does not help much. It would help having a very good map - also showing one-way streets.

    The staff were excellent - we were recommended a great restaurant for every night of our stay and whenever we needed any help or advice about getting around or places to see the staff were only too happy to help. The location of the place was perfect too.

    what especially satisfied us, was the kindness of the staff. We came by car to Cagliari, but finding free parkingplace wasn't easy. The owner of L'arco was so kind to give us his parkingplace.

    Its a perfect location with very friendly people! Thanks for the help for search a beach, restaurant, bar and many other things! The englisch language ist not so good in sardegna, but the people are very friendly and helpfull!!! The prices on sardegna are not cheep and everythings is high price.

    io e le mie amiche siamo state molto bene...sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili. le stanze sono accoglienti, pulite e spaziose!e la colazione è davvero ottima!
    non c'è niente che non ho gratido...ma se posso vorrei dare un piccolo consiglio...i prodotti della colazione, quali miele e cofetture...potrebbero essere di natura biologica e di produzione sarda:)
