    From the first moment that we were greeted with cold drinks by Tino, we knew that we would be well taken care of. Then when we saw the views surrounding the lake, and the quality of the rooms we would be staying in, we immediately wished that our stay would be longer than two nights. The breakfasts were by far the best offered on our trip through France and Italy, with wide variety and great quality. Tino is perfectly suited to host the people who come his way, and was a delight to deal with whether to get directions, restaurant recommendations or just to chat with. If we find our way back to Lake Como in the future, our faithful GPS will without a doubt take us directly to Nest on the Lake. Bob and Robin, Sacramento, CA

    The B and B is located right on the lake so you can hear the sound of the water lapping against the shore from your room. The views were breathtaking! The entire establishment was very clean and recently updated. The breakfasts were sumptuous with an array of cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, breads, fruit, yogurt, coffee (espresso, cappuccino, American), tea, hot chocolate Italian style, etc. Last but not least, Constantino and Raffaella were marvelous hosts. Constantino is fluent in English and had many suggestions on where to go and what to see. Our stay on Lake Como was very enjoyable and we would definitely stay there again.
    The road from Como to Bellagio is very narrow and there is very little, if any, clearance on either side for pedestrians. Driving (and walking) on this road is not for the faint of heart. However, it is a short drive into Bellagio if you choose to drive and if not, there is a bus that runs from Como to Bellagio and back that you can ride. Tne bus stop is not far from the B & B.

    There are four parking spaces outside the B & B that are first come, first serve. If you drive a car, I suggest you check with Tino ahead of time to find out what other parking possibilities exist if you find all of the spaces occupied when you return.

    We were perfectly satisfied with our stay at Nest on the Lake. It is ON Lake Como. The place is beautifully restored and renovated by the owners, Costantino and Raffaella. They are wonderful hosts with Costantino having very good English. The hospitality could not have been better. The location is marvelous and the convenience to neighboring towns by bus or car was great. Breakfasts were ample.

    The owners were very friendly - would definitely stay here again!
    Was a little hard to find - a description of "the red house" would be very helpful along with the km from Como.

    What a wonderful location and hosts! Advice on how best to spend a couple of days in the vicinity. Off-street parking is a bonus, if you have a car. Beautifully presented accommodation.

    The landlord and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were decorated beautifully, tastefully. The view from our balcony was breath-taking.
    A bit remote- not enough restuarants within walking distance.

    The landlord is very kind, we asked to change the room to close my friend's on the next day, he is very happy help us move the luggages. The view is also nice and it is quiet.

    Lovely B and B, a few feet from the lake. Extremely helpful and personable hosts. Wonderful breakfasts, very comfortable rooms with en suite baths and balconies. Minutes from Bellagio. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.
    No dissatisfaction.

    lovely location, good price, friendly and helpful staff
    minor negative aspect: the road to get to the b&b from Como is very narrow and may be a challenge for foreign drivers, obviously this has nothing to do with the structure itself which was lovely.

    Very clean, spacious and modern. Right on Lago di Como relatively close to Bellagio. Very friendly and helpful owner. Great self serve breakfast outside by the lake.
    Our GPS got us close to the B&B, but we had trouble with the last few hundred metres. Get the actual GPS coordinates first.

    This bed and breakfast is in a beautiful location on Lake Como. The views of the lake are gorgeous. Constantino and his wife are very accomodating of their guests' needs.
    The place is very difficult to find.

    The owners were very helpful and friendly, they were very happy to give tips about the nice places to visit. It was a beautiful B&B with the perfect view. Breakfast was lovely aswell.

    Inmejorable ubicación del establecimiento: a pie del lago y con vistas espectaculares. Las comunicaciones son excelentes con dos paradas de autobus muy próximas a la casa y con el embarcadero para tomar el barco que te lleva a los pueblecitos que hay a las orillas del lago, aunque un poco más alejado de la casa también cerca. Raffaela y Constantino son encantadores y muy hospitalarios ( te hacen sentir como en casa) , a la vez que excelentes y experimentados profesionales. Las tres habitaciones y el apartamento son amplios y decorados con gusto y confort. En resumen, nosotros volvemos con familiares en Febrero.
