This is a very good value hotel with friendly staff. We had two bedrooms (a double, and a triple for the children); both rooms were clean and comfortable with great views of Lake Como, and flowers on the balcony. The en-suite facilities looked new. The furniture in our room was particularly beautiful. Breakfast was good with plenty of cold meats, cheese, fresh bread rolls, fruit juice, jam, honey etc, and particularly good hot chocolate. Parking in the hotel car park proved too tight, but there was a public car park only two minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever near Lake Como. The hotel is officially classed as a one star hotel, but we think that it's certainly worth at least two stars.

The hotel room we stayed has an excellent panoramic view of Como Lake. Lady who is running the facility is very hospitable and tidy. Overall It can be deemed a real value for money type of accomodation.
